Crossing Borders Breaking BoundariesLove your food? Love, respect, and protect the hands that feed you! #workersrightsnow #migrantrights

At our first, cross-border meat sector meeting, we talked about discrimination, racism, poor health & safety practices, lack of progression, and how difficult and challenging this work can be, but also HOW VALUABLE THIS WORK IS, and that everyone should feel valued in their jobs.

We might live in places with different governments and laws, but together we can show each other solidarity and support:

"Once we are together, we can win"
"We are going to learn from each other, and learn how other people are dealing with these problems at work"
"I thought we were alone at our factory, but now I know others are facing the same problems"
